Terms of Service

These Terms govern TryKrea3 at https://krea-3.com. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who we are

TryKrea3 is an independent web application that provides access to Krea 3 (krea/k3-edit) and Krea 2 (krea/krea-2-medium-turbo) via the OpenRouter API. We are not Krea AI or an official representative of Krea AI. Krea AI owns its foundation models, algorithms, and respective trademarks.

2. The service

We provide an intuitive browser interface for multi-reference image editing, structured role slots (Base, Item, Identity, Style), credit accounting, and support.

Model availability, content safety filters, and upstream generation latency are determined by upstream inference endpoints. TryKrea3 guarantees transparent credit accounting: any generation that fails or times out is automatically and fully refunded to your ledger.

3. Accounts and free trial

A verified account receives 1 free trial edit to evaluate the model's multi-reference capabilities. No credit card is required to evaluate. Free evaluations are intended for testing and demonstration. Paid use is governed by the one-time credit packs shown on Pricing.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You agree to keep your credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that automate abuse or violate responsible usage policies.

4. Output licence

All paid credit packs include full commercial usage rights for images generated or edited through TryKrea3. You may use, publish, sell, license, or distribute those images in advertising, e-commerce stores, client deliverables, and creative productions, provided you hold the necessary rights to your input reference photos.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your prompts and reference uploads do not infringe upon third-party trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TryKrea3 to generate illegal, non-consensual intimate imagery, child exploitation material, hate speech, violent extremism, deceptive impersonation, or malicious disinformation. Upstream providers maintain automated moderation filters that will immediately reject non-compliant prompts.

6. Credit packs, pricing, and refunds

TryKrea3 operates on a pure pay-as-you-go credit pack model:

Small Pack: $9.90 for 100 credits.
Large Pack: $24.90 for 300 credits.

No recurring subscriptions: We do not bill recurring monthly fees. Credit packs are one-time purchases and your credits never expire. Credits are debited transparently per generation (e.g. 1 credit for 1K edit + 1 credit per additional reference slot).

7-day refund policy

If you purchase a credit pack and have used fewer than 10% of its credits, you may request a full cash refund within seven (7) days of purchase by contacting support@krea-3.com. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

Immediate delivery and statutory rights

Credits are delivered after payment. Where local law requires it, checkout must ask you to begin delivery straight away and expressly acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once digital-content delivery begins. This concerns the 14-day cooling-off right and is effective only where valid express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. This paragraph concerns the statutory right only; our voluntary refunds still apply and mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Processing fees on refunds

Where permitted by law, payment-processing fees charged on your original payment are deducted from a cash refund, apportioned to the amount returned. We disclose the actual deduction before sending it, and it never exceeds the amount of the refund. Taking an approved refund as account credit or carrying an approved unused balance returns it in full.
