Prohibited Content & Behavior
You may not use TryKrea3 to:

- Deceptively impersonate real persons or forge legal identification, financial records, or medical credentials.
- Generate hate speech, incite violence, or promote terrorist extremism.
- Upload copyrighted imagery, logos, or personal portraits that you do not have permission or license to use.
- Exploit automated bots to bypass Turnstile verification, rate limits, or account protections.
Faces, Likeness, and Reference Materials
A public photograph found online does not grant commercial consent. Ensure you possess model releases, client permissions, and copyright clearances before uploading personal portraits or branded product photography. You remain responsible for inspecting generated outputs prior to commercial distribution.
Automated Moderation & Credit Safety
Prompts and reference uploads are filtered by automated safety systems. If an upstream provider rejects a prompt for policy reasons, the generation halts and zero credits are deducted; your debited balance is returned automatically.
Content Reporting & Inquiries
If you discover an output generated through TryKrea3 that infringes upon your likeness or intellectual property, report it immediately to support@krea-3.com with the image URL.
